JAPANESE SKILLS INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM

1. Conditions for participating in the Japanese technical trainee program

- Age: 18-35 years old

- Education level: Graduated from secondary school or higher (Priority is given to skilled workers in welding, turning, garment…)

- Height Weight:

       • Male: height from 1.60m or more, weight from 50kg or more

       • Female: height from 1.48m or more, weight from 40kg or more

- Have good health, no malformations, no infectious diseases, HIV...

- Never participated in a technical trainee program in Japan, never applied for a visa to Japan.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the industry registered to participate in the technical intern program.

 

2. Rights and obligations of employees

     - If successful, employees will be able to sign a 3-year working contract in Japan

     - Working time: 8 hours/day, 05 days/week, 40 hours/week

     - Attractive salary and benefits

     - Enjoy the insurance regimes according to the Japanese Labor Law such as: health insurance, social insurance.

     - After 3 years of completing the contract, returning to Vietnam, the Employee will be refunded a part of the pension insurance according to the provisions of Japanese law.

3. Process of Joining Japanese Labor Export 

 

 

 

3.1 Candidate pre-qualification

Depending on the different orders, the candidates must meet the basic conditions in the order such as: age, height, weight, education level, experience ... The pre-qualification process is the first step to select Select suitable candidates for orders eligible to go to Japan for labor export

3.2 Physical examination

After being eligible to participate in the order, the candidates will be taken by the recruitment company to be examined at a medical facility designated by each company at different facilities. Note that carbonated water or stimulants should not be used before the examination, candidates who ensure good health and meet the prescribed conditions will be able to participate in the exam.

3.3 Training before the exam

After the health standards have been set, employees will be able to participate in a short course in Japanese. This course will help you learn some basic Japanese greetings, how to introduce yourself in Japanese, and learn the necessary skills before the entrance exam. Workers will be studying at the center of the recruitment company usually 5 days before the exam.

3.4 Recruiting orders to Japan

You will go through 2 stages when applying for orders to Japan

– Examination for skill level: skills test, physical exam, skills test, IQ tests

– Interviewing orders to Japan: Including direct interviews with employers or indirect interviews via the internet such as skype, zalo, line…

3.5 Intensive training

When the employee has been recruited (as if the candidate is already a member of a Japanese company), you will be able to participate in advanced training courses according to the company's requirements such as ensuring professional competence or Japanese language proficiency. . The period of training until exit falls within a period of 4 months. This is a mandatory condition to help workers soon integrate into work and life in Japan. 

3.6 Apply for a Japan Visa

Simultaneously during the process of employees participating in the training process, the labor export company will complete the application documents for the status of residence and visa for the workers to go to Japan to work.

3.7 Exit and work under the contract term

After completing all procedures, the employee will leave the country from 1 to 3 years depending on the contract the employee signed with the company.

Besides, after entering Japan, in the first month of arrival in Japan, the intern will be assigned a staff member in charge by the union to guide and help them adapt to the working environment, living conditions and travel to Japan. back in Japan.

The Japanese enterprise side will also provide training to help workers grasp the job, access machinery, equipment, and work safety.

3.8 Return to Vietnam when the contract expires

When the labor contract expires, the intern will go directly to the sending company to carry out procedures for liquidation of the labor export contract. In addition, trainees will be guided by the company in detail on the procedure for getting nekin tax refund.

Besides, from November 1, 2017, the Japanese Government allows foreign workers to return to Japan for the second time with an extremely attractive salary in the form of a Special Skill Visa.
