THE ROAD AND COST TO STUDY IN KOREA-NEWEST
The process of studying in Korea normally has a route available. Depending on the subject, conditions and desire to study abroad, the route will change. The study abroad process is summarized in the following diagram:
COST NEEDED PREPARATION
1. Before going to Korea
⇥ Learn the language before you fly: When you study at the center or anywhere, you also have to spend a certain amount of money to rent a house, dormitory, and meals. Normally to study abroad, students will take 2 to 3 months.
⇥ Tuition fee: After receiving Invoice from the school, you need to pay this tuition fee to complete the application. Falling about 80 million -140 million / year (depending on the school). You should choose schools in areas other than Seoul if you can't, because the cost here is quite expensive in terms of tuition and living expenses.
⇥ Dormitory: Ranges from 15 million - 40 million (6 months)
⇥ Cost of study abroad services: Depending on the center, there will be different fees, some centers will do the package, some centers will separate the costs so that international students can choose the service.

2. After flying to Korea
⇥ Insurance cost: About 200,000krw (equivalent to 4 million VND)
⇥ Living expenses: According to the law, each person is allowed to hold 5000$-10000$ when coming to Korea. Avoid the case of many friends being bullied and losing money unfairly at the airport. However, students usually only hold 1,000,000krw to use for consumption expenses for the first few months.
After 6 months, international students will be allowed to work part-time with a basic salary of 170,000 VND / 1 hour (standard in 2019). For international students studying foreign languages, the prescribed number of overtime hours is 20 hours/week. For university study abroad, the number of hours is limited to 20 hours/week excluding weekends.
