CONDITIONS TO STUDY IN KOREA
Almost all of you can study abroad as soon as you graduate from high school. Each Korean university will have different conditions, but the basic requirements are the same:
❈ Being a foreigner, not holding Korean nationality.
❈ Graduated from high school.
❈ Age:from 18 to 35 years old.
❈ Ensure learning health. Especially not having infectious diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis B, C, etc.
❈ No criminal record.
❈ Not subject to the entry and exit ban.
CONDITIONS TO STUDY IN KOREA SPECIAL BASED BY SYSTEM AS FOLLOWS:
1. Korean language study abroad (visa D-4-1)
As a study abroad system where students will learn Korean in Korea, the program takes place from 1-2 years. After finishing, you can get a Korean certificate from topik 4 to topik 6 (top level). After that, students can continue to study at university or return to Vietnam. This is the most popular type of study abroad chosen by many students.
➸ Age: 18-27 years old
➸ Education: Graduated from high school, the time after graduating from high school is not more than 2 years, Intermediate/College/University is not more than 3 years. If you go to school or work during the free time, you need to have proof.
➸ The average score of the years in the high school transcript is 6.0 or higher or depending on the requirements of each school.
➸ Finance: Have a savings book of at least 10,000 USD deposited in the bank at least 6 months in advance. Depending on some schools, there are additional requirements that must be deposited in a Korean bank.
➸ The guarantor has an income of 30-70 million VND/month.
2. Study abroad at Korea College/University (visa D-2-2, D-2-1)
➲ Age: 18-30 years old
➲ Education: Graduated from high school, the time after graduating from high school is not more than 2 years, Intermediate/College/University is not more than 3 years. If you go to school or work during the free time, you must have proof.
➲ GPA of 6.5 or higher or depending on the requirements of each school.
➲ Korean language ability: Have a Korean certificate of Topik 3 or higher or depending on the requirements of each school. For those who are studying abroad in the same major, the condition is that they have graduated from College or have completed a 2nd or 3rd year university program and must have Topik 4 or higher.
➲ Finance: Have a savings book of at least $20,000 deposited in the bank at least 3 months in advance. Depending on some schools, there are additional requirements that must be deposited in a Korean bank.
➲ The guarantor has an income of 30-70 million VND/month.
Kyung Hee University (Seoul)
3. Study abroad in Korea for a master's degree (visa D-2-3)
➻ Age: Not more than 35 years old
➻ Education: Graduated from University
➻ Average college GPA of 7.0 or higher or depending on the requirements of each school
➻ Korean language ability: Have a certificate of Topik 4 or higher
➻ Finance: Have a savings book of at least $20,000 deposited in the bank at least 3 months in advance. Depending on some schools, there are additional requirements that must be deposited in a Korean bank.
➻ The guarantor has an income of 30-70 million VND/month.
➥ Normally, international students will choose to study abroad with a D - 4 - 1 visa to come to Korea, because the academic conditions can be easily met and can go right after graduating from high school.
