I. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Specific work: Manufacturing, welding and processing mechanical products (columns, beams, steel frames)

- Number of receptions: 1 MEN

- Number of entrance exams: 4 MEN

- Work place: Fukushima Prefecture

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Age: from 18 to 30 years old.

- Height 160cm, weight 50kg or more

- Marital status: Not required (preferably unmarried)

- Education level: High school graduate or above

- Other requirements:

         ・Hardworking, agile, with a good team spirit

         ・Good health, no infectious diseases

         ・No tattoos, no color blindness, no HIV, hepatitis B, etc.

IV. BENEFITS MODES

- Contract term: 3-5 years

- Basic salary: 145,800 yen/month (about 29-31 million VND)

         ・Fixed monthly allowance: 10,000 yen/month

         ・There are Vietnamese senpai working at the company

- Overtime: 125% salary on weekdays, 135% salary on holidays, 150% salary on holidays.

- Other welfare regimes: health insurance, social insurance… and other benefits according to Japanese law.

         ・After returning home, the Japanese government will support to refund pension insurance from 90 to 150 million

V. REGISTRATION TERM

- Interview time: April 12, 2023

- Deadline to close the form: April  5, 2023
