NOTES AND GUIDELINES WHEN DEPARTURE
❇ CONDITIONS BEFORE EXIT:
- Have a visa issued by the Embassy
- Air ticket
- PCR test paper negative for Covid (72 hours before flight)
- Pre-download the My SOS application on Smartphone
- QR code after filling in the Japanese medical declaration form (can choose Vietnamese to declare)
❇ NOTES BEFORE EXIT
- Wait for check-in and check-in luggage (while waiting for your turn, the airline's staff will confirm and guide you to make a medical declaration to get a QR code and receive a quarantine commitment when entering Japan to declare in advance).
- At check-in and check-in luggage, the staff will confirm that all your documents are complete and valid (ticket-ticket code, passport (visa to Japan), PCR test paper, MYSOS download, orange copy link, QR code snapshot).
- Clear customs and wait to board the plane.
❇ NOTES WHEN ARRIVING TO JAPANESE AIRPORT
- Test for covid
- Instructions for using the MySOS application (with Vietnamese support): must turn on the phone location 24 hours a day, even during the process of moving out of the airport, and must update regularly. Follow the notifications sent to the phone every day during the quarantine.
- Waiting for test results
❇ After receiving a negative result, we will move to the immigration area (入国窓口):
- People who have had three injections (3rd dose of Modernal/Pfizer) will be isolated for seven days, but this will be reduced if they have negative test results after three days.
- Those who inject 3 doses, but the 3rd dose is not from Modern Pfizer, will be considered as those who have not injected the 3rd dose. Those who have not had 3 injections as prescribed (or do not have a valid certificate): 3 days quarantine at the Government of Japan's facility residence.
- If the result is negative after three days, they are allowed to leave the quarantine facility.
- If the result is positive, they will have to isolate according to regulations.
